    Situation
    A rare application window opened for companies to claim new web addresses. Choosing the same name as another company could cost them six figures.
    What we built
    Built the full product, including confidential interest tracking, risk reports, payments, identity checks, and private coordination between companies pursuing the same name.
    Result
    Captured 30% of the market and generated hundreds of thousands in revenue within six months.

  • Added $5M a month in qualified pipeline for a real estate lender

    Situation
    The sales team at a $50M real estate credit fund was spending too much time on poor-quality leads. Nearly half of calls went to bad numbers, and the CRM could not show which outreach produced conversations or deals.
    What we built
    Rebuilt the sales process, automated reporting, and added agentic workflows to verify, enrich, and prioritize leads before outreach.
    Result
    Calls to bad numbers fell by 35%. The team now has an additional $5M in qualified opportunities to pursue each month.

    Manual data and admin work was starting to limit revenue capture for a financial services firm. The team had tried AI, mostly as chat, and seen little business value.
    What we built
    Studied the business, then rolled out Claude Team with access and data controls. Built first automations for data processing. Taught employees how to use AI on their own work through group sessions and 1:1 coaching.
